I’m Meg — an Empowerment and Relationship Coach for women who are rebuilding their lives after divorce, healing from abusive or emotionally unhealthy relationships, untangling codependency, moving through illness, and carrying the weight of grief. I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself. I’m genuinely glad you’re here and curious about how to show up for yourself, strengthen your inner world, and grow in the relationships that matter — especially the relationship you have with yourself.

Attracting a healthy partner and becoming a better partner begins long before anyone else enters the picture. It starts with your self-worth, your voice, and the way you honor your own needs. By simply landing here, you’ve already taken the first courageous step. As your coach, I’ll help you be your authentic self, communicate your needs, stop people-pleasing, understand your part in relationship patterns, listen with intention, and attract partners who are aligned with your healing and growth.

My work is deeply informed by my own healing journey. After recovering physically from chronic illness through brain retraining, I learned how profoundly emotional health shapes physical well-being. When you understand your triggers, beliefs, and patterns, you gain the power to change them — and everything shifts. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your patterns, untangle old survival strategies, and build a relationship with yourself that feels steady, grounded, and safe. From that place, healthier connections naturally follow.
